Then you can lift the dumbbell with your chosen weight out of the shell. When you want to choose another weight for another exercise, place the dumbbells back in the shells and choose a new weight. With a weight of up to 24 kg, the Bowflex dumbbells offer enough weight for almost all exercises. Top in design and workmanshipOf course, the Bowflex SelectTech dumbbell set BF552i looks great. The smart design is not only given with the look but is also reflected in its functionality and workmanship. The handles, i. e., are optimised for highest grip and offer an ideal width to grasp them easier. The weight plates are thermoplastically coated. It makes them very shock- and scratch-proof. Furthermore, the dumbbells are very silent being used due to this special coating.
