The Bowflex Max Trainer M8i is a versatile fitness machine. Choose between 6 training programs and use Max Inteligence to suit your workout perfectly to your fitness level and goals.
With the Max Inteligence app you can make personalised workouts that are tailored to your fitness level and training data. Even when you don’t have much time you can still train effectively with this program.
In video training you can use text and video to make the workout more variable and to get the most out of your training.
With the ”Rewards” and ”Results Tracking” programs you can analyse your training data and get rewards for good performance. Collect rewards and compare your results with your friends.
The training computer informs you how many calories you burn during training. This way you always know how you are performing. Every workout gives the Max Trainer a better overview of your fitness level. This way you always get an effective workout that will improve your performance.
Entertainment features
To make your training more entertaining and motivating, you can also use to Bowflex Radio to listen to your favourite music while you work out.
The Max Trainer is compatible with the RunSocial app, where you can train virtually in HD. One minute you can be in the Swiss Alps and the next you’ll be running in New York.
The Bowflex Max Trainer M8i also has a bottle holder, making it easy for you to keep hydrated while training, and a smartphone/tablet holder, allowing you to watch your favourite movie or series while training.
