The Step Board is now standard in many fitness courses. With the cardiostrong Step Board you train not only co-ordination and balance but also your condition. The cardiostrong Step Board is also suited for push-ups or other floor exercises.
The cardiostrong Step Board can be adjusted to 3 heights between 15 and 25cm. With this you can plan your workout with different exercises or be able to change the intensity. The training surface of 86 x 29cm offers enough space for even larger foot sizes. Thanks to the anti-slip surface, you can train safely on the cardiostrong Step Board. The light weight makes for easy transportation.
