The Darwin Power Cage is a very sturdy cage with an 18 times adjustable weight rack. The Power Cage is ideal for performing safe and effective dead lifts, for bench presses, and for squats. In addition, the Darwin Power Cage is equipped with a chin-up module with five grip varieties.
The delivery of the Darwin Power Cage includes four short weight racks as well as two long racks. In addition, the Darwin Power Cage can be improved with further attachments. At the back, you can mount a (separately available) cable pull module. This is equipped with a high cable pull for lat pulls and triceps exercises as well as a deep cable pull for biceps exercises or rowing in the sitting position. Furthermore, two dip bars are available, which are adjustable in height like the weight racks. That's how you can strengthen your triceps or - when doing leg lifting - the abdominal muscles.
