The LifeFitness indoor cycle IC6 MyRide Powered By ICG: Outstanding ergonomics and versatile adjusting possibilities
Every user will find its ideal training position with the new LifeFitness indoor cycle IC6 MyRide Powered By ICG. Either very sporty or upright posture, thanks to the versatile adjusting possibilities of saddle and handlebar, that's no problem at all. The ergonomically shaped saddle is rather sporty but still comfortable. The standard seatpost makes it possible to exchange the saddle against another model. The multi-position handlebar offers versatile grip options and is equipped with two cup holders. The display is well visible integrated in the front.
Video and coaching functions of the MyRide personal console
The IC6 Indoor Cycle of this version is equipped with the first-class MyRide VX console. All in all, about 3,300 minutes of HD videos are available on the MyRide VX console – that's more than 55 hours of motivating video material, which mainly divide in three training zones.
500 route videos from the Alps to North America
500 five minutes route videos of HD quality were especially created for the MyRide VX console. You can cycle all these routes and compile an individual travel route with a playlist.
The routes are categorised according to the incline profiles: ascent, descent, mixed, and flat. The resistance is adjusted depending upon the ascent/descent.
Studio-Coach: the personal coach at home
Thanks to the Studio-Coach function, you face directyl the indoor cycling coach. The class is highligheted with the typical cycling music and the coach gives instructions. There are three different class formats: Drills (15min), Fast-Class (30min), and Class (50min). All these offer different training durations, training targets, and class compositions. All in all, there are 20 Studio-Coach programmes: 12x 15 minutes Drills, 4x 30 minutes Fast-Classes, and 4x 50 minutes Classes.
Tour Coach – Bike tours across breathtaking landscapes
The tour coach is a kind of sporty travel companion: It guides you on sporty bike tours across breathtaking landscapes in the video. However, it's not only the landscapes which are breathtaking, but also the instructions of the coach which ensure that you will run out of breath. The videos are highlighted with motivating music. All in all there are eight training videos: 4x 30 minutes Fast-Classes, 4x 50 minutes Classes.

Poly-V belt and 10:1 transmission for an excellent concentric run
The power, which you put on the pedals, is transported via a Poly-V belt to the flywheel. The belt drive is very noise-low and maintenance-low. The low Q factor (space between the pedals) avoids false postures and is very joint-gentle. The resistance can be manually adjusted in 100 levels. The fine adjustment is quite well possible and changes are directly shown on the display.
