Description: BodyCraft SG2 Smith & Half-Rack
The Smith & Half-Rack add-on for the BodyCraft Super Gym SG2 expands your training options by adding the option of guided and free barbell exercises.
The Smith machine can be used for safe squats, bench presses, shoulder presses and many other compound exercises – ideal for effective strength training without a spotter. High-quality bushings allow for smooth movement along the guide rails while the many holes in the square post serve as safety catches for safe training without a spotter. The Smith & Half-Rack add-on seamlessly connects to the SG2.
Aside from the guided bar, this add-on module can also serve as a half-rack for free barbell training. Two, long, height-adjustable spotter arms and J-cups help with performing a variety of barbell exercises.
