The Baltic Rower Pro comes with a very user-friendly console with a total of 18 programs and a recovery test that evaluates your recovery rate and gives you a fitness score. The programs include classics such as 2000m and 10 000m programs as well as goal based programs such as distance, time or calories. The Baltic Rower Pro offers especially intensive intervall programs for people that have limited time but would like to achieve great results. In competition mode you can race against the computer, with 15 levels available.

The console has a built-in tablet holder. This means that after you have chosen the right training program, you can follow your favourite series. Or you use the front-facing-camera on your tablet and watch real rowing videos with the Kinomap app. The speed of the video can even be adjusted to your rowing speed.
