The Super Gym boasts a smooth-running cable system. The resistance ratio is 1:1 for the lat pull/low row and 2:1 for the height-adjustable dual pulleys. Spotters and J-hooks can be quickly and easily adjusted using a pop-pin mechanism. At 212 cm high, the Super Gym is suitable for most ceilings.
