BowFlex IC Bike SEi: cycling training on a high level!

The BowFlex IC Bike SEi offers excellent ergonomics. Thanks to its frame construction and adjustment options, anyone between 147.3 – 195.6 cm can find the perfect fit for a comfortable workout that is easy on the joints and, above all, effective. There is a QR code at the bottom of the display. Scanning this code will take you to the assembly video, user manual and JRNY installation guide.

App connectivity

The bike is compatible with the JRNY, Peloton and Zwift apps. You can easily connect your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth. The IC Bike SEi features a padded smartphone/tablet tray and an additional tray, so you have multiple options and viewing angles.

JRNY – for a fun workout

The JRNY app offers a variety of free workouts including full-body and adaptive workouts. You can also join trainer-led sessions to help you reach your fitness goals more quickly. With JRNY's 'Explore the World' feature, you can tour virtual locations around the globe while exercising.
