Description: Ironmaster Biceps curlpult for weight bench Super Bench

The curlpult is the ideal accessory for the arm training on the Ironmaster weight bench Super Bench. The Ironmaster biceps curlpult (or: Preacher Curl Attachment) is three times adjustable in angle. Thus, an effective, isolating upper arm training can be done.
Thanks to the integratd holder, which can be loaded up to 54 kg (120 lbs), the curl/barbell bar can be put down after each set.

The preacher curl attachment has 3 positions to choose and very good.

Pros: Well built. Simple to assemble. Work well to perform isolated curls, whilst reducing the chance of back injury. Cons: None so far.

Pros: Seems to work well when using the Ironmaster EZ bar for isolated bicep curls - one can achieve perfect form, and reduce undue forearm tendon strain. Easy to assemble - it took a few minutes to unpack and assemble the curlpult (one requires two spanners to fit the bolt). Good quality - this piece of jit feels like... [Read more] it should last for years. Cons: As mentioned, one requires two spanner to fit the bolt - spanners are not included. A bit finicky to attach the curlpult to the super bench. [Show less]

Poder cambiar el ángulo del pupitre da más posibilidades al entrenamiento. Acolchado cómodo. Fácil instalación. Como desventaja, creo que el soporte para apoyar la barra, debería ser más ancho, para una mancuerna, no hay problema, pero para una barra ez o similar en mi opinión, no es suficiente.

Las distintas inclinaciones, lo hacen más versátil. El soporte para dejar ó coger la barra, o , la mancuerna, se podría mejorar, sobretodo en el caso de ser una barra, en mi opinión el soporte es muy estrecho. En general el producto es satisfactorio.
