Deze weheelexerciser heeft een groter oppervlak die in aanraking komt met de grond. Hierdoor is het makkelijker om mijn balans te houden tijdens het oefenen. Een goede wheelexerciser voor de beginner! Tip voor de beginner: Probeer het eens op de knieën i.p.v. de voeten.

Super Bauchroller der sehr gut verarbeitet ist, liegt gut in der Hand und durch die Doppelrolle etwas mehr Stabilität gibt. Wir nutzen ihn mehrmals die Woche zum Bauchtraining.
