A wooden board, which is fixed by elastic rubber bands on the sides, is placed on a sturdy steel ball. Due to the small surface of the board and the variable rubber bands, a great movement freedom in all directions is given. This intended "instability" demands all muscle groups, mainly the supporting and core muscles.
