Einfaches Produkt mit großer Wirkung - einfach unter Waterrower legen und los geht’s - viel echteres Ruderfeeling für Stärkung zusätzlicher Muskeln - zusätzlicher Nutzen- man sitzt etwas höher - natürlich ist durch die neue (links/rechts) Beweglichkeit das Set up etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - Produkt ist gut verarbeitet und Waterrower passt genau in die vorgegebenen Ausnehmungen - optisch unauffällig In Summe tolle Ergänzung- macht viel Spass

Wie immer bei waterrower sauber verarbeitet. Optisch hochwertig. Sehr solide und sicher langlebig. Beim Rudern selbst nimmt man die Beweglichkeit kaum war. Im Ruderboot ist mehr Konzentration für eine stabile Fahrt von Nöten.

Zunächst einmal ein stolzer Preis (249.-) für die beiden Böcke. Es ist schon so, dass das Gesamtpaket mit Waterrower nochmal etwas näher an das echte Rudern herankommt. Es ist aber nicht so beweglich/instabil wie in einem Renn-Einer, sondern fühlt sich eher wie ein Gig-Vierer an. (Wäre vielleicht wegen der Verletzungsgefahr in der Wohnung auch keine gute Idee gewesen.) Beim Rudern hat man gerade in der Auslage Anforderungen an die Balance. Die Auslage auf einem Ergometer ist aber nunmal mit der echten Auslage nicht zu vergleichen, deshalb würde ich den Effekt für das echte Rudern eher als klein ansehen. Ich werde sie behalten, aber nur den halben Preis hätte ich als gerechtfertigt angesehen.... [czytaj dalej]

As described, the product adds another dimension to the rower - the lateral rocking gives a similar lack or stability as from a rowing boat. The claim of improving balance and core stability seems plausible and therefore I can recommend the product to further improve the total exercise experience. The alignment of the rower ‘feet’ into the slots on the boards can be tight. I found that the board slots were the same size and separation, but the assembly tolerance on the rower itself wasn’t exact enough - normally not an issue on the floor. Loosening the feet and retightening them at the required position solved the problem.... [czytaj dalej]
